Renarta Freeman is the President of OneHRSource Consulting firm, LLC. She has more than 20 years of human resources and benefits experience managing all functional areas of human resources. Renarta started her career in human resources and has held various positions in small, medium, and large size, private and public sector companies. The last position she held prior to starting her firm was Vice President of Human Resources for a global technology company located in Johns Creek who continues to be one of her clients. She was also employed by companies such as Concord EFS (now First Data) and Home Depot.

She also brings a global perspective having led HR organizations across the globe to include Asia, Europe, South Africa, and Mexico.

Renarta is an Executive Leader with strong experience in Human Resources and Benefits. When summarizing the value Renarta brings, she is known for her ability to align human resources policies with the business strategies and key corporate objectives of the company to ensure success throughout the organization at every level.

As a visionary leader whom has a track record of successful organizational structure and reducing costs within the organization, Renarta has assisted her clients in the areas of strategic planning, compensation plan design, preventative employee relations, employee investigations (including harassment), benefits plan design and administration, organizational development, executive coaching, training, and development, and legal compliance.

An Atlanta native, she is a member of Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work, CEBS, and several HR Executive forums. She is also a member of Atlanta Business League. She attended Clark Atlanta University.
