Erica Ware is a knowledgeable, innovative Human Resource leader with extensive experience building highly effective human resources departments for start-up companies and small businesses. Her experience includes implementing recruiting and training programs to attract and educate employees, designing a variety of processes procedures, and working with Senior Leaders to lower human capital costs. Ware has spent most of her career working as a HR Department of One in a variety of industries including Athletics, Banking, Real Estate, and Government Contracting. 

Ware holds a Senior Certified Professional certification through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She has a MBA from Kennesaw State University and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. Ware currently lives with her husband, daughter, and family dog in metro Atlanta.
