Renarta Freeman

PRESIDENT & CEO

Renarta Freeman is the President of OneHRSource Consulting firm, LLC. She has more than 20 years of human resources and benefits experience managing all functional areas of human resources. Renarta started her career in human resources and has held various positions in small, medium, and large size, private and public sector companies. The last position she held prior to starting her firm was Vice President of Human Resources for a global technology company located in Johns Creek who continues to be one of her clients. She was also employed by companies such as Concord EFS (now First Data) and Home Depot.

Erica Ware

VP OF CLIENT SERVICES

Erica Ware is a knowledgeable, innovative Human Resource leader with extensive experience building highly effective human resources departments for start-up companies and small businesses. Her experience includes implementing recruiting and training programs to attract and educate employees, designing a variety of processes procedures, and working with Senior Leaders to lower human capital costs. Ware has spent most of her career working as a HR Department of One in a variety of industries including Athletics, Banking, Real Estate, and Government Contracting.
